Okay, I'm starting over. Flatly I hate the way I look and feel. I'm still ten pounds lighter than I was when I had my surgery (Gall bladder) a couple years ago but it's still vexing that I am still this heavy. Winter has sucked because my general meals where pasta heavy and hot. I'm going back to the soup and salad thing this week. Begnning on friday. But I'm also going to diarize my food and exercise again.
