I know what ya mean. I just want this stuff off so badly. I am an CNA so i run around alot so that is an advantage.

This site has helped me a lot. It has helped me to realize what I am eating and how little I was exercising. I was recently told by my doctor that I have arthritis in my knee and that I should lose weight and work on building muscle in my legs to help with the pain of my knee. I am happy to report that I was 220 lbs when I started about 8 weeks ago and I just saw 199 a couple days ago. My first big goal was to get below 200 and I did it by monitoring what I do here. I am now moving on to my next goal which is 185. I am a 6'0" female but had too much weight around my middle. I am already starting to see differences, like blood pressure is better now, no knee pain from arthritis, able to walk a lot further without getting out of breath and I feel great.
