I went out to eat today with my family (its mother's day today in the UK) so it was a BIG meal! I tried to make the right choices, staying clear of rice n having a little brown rice and soup...no dessert...ok well i had a spoon of my brothers brownie :D I was determined to work it off! So I got home and went straight to the gym for one of my best work outs yet.
4.8 miles = 7.7kilometers running and walking on the treadmill in 60minutes! Im not sure if thats fast or slow, but its the furthest I've ever done at the gym EVER EVER! :) Im trying to push myself to get into 170's this month! I plan on joining a new gym tomorrow with a power plate and classes...so I hope this will give me that little bit more weight loss! :)
