I can't help but be frustrated that I've been stuck at 160 forever. I've been eating terribly, and haven't found time to eat right and exercise lately. Where am I supposed to fit this in when I'm working 50 hour weeks?
Life stresses have been making me crave alcohol more. I've decided to finish the last of my stock tonight (not much, I'm not getting hammered, haha) and then completely cut it out of my diet for the next few weeks. It's not just the calories in alcohol, it seems to bloat disproportionately. Ick.
Goal is to lose the bloat by next Friday. It's time to lose those pounds!
