Well Thanksgiving has come and gone and all that is left is plenty of leftovers. Making turkey curry tonight with plenty of veggies. Downloaded the sleep learning app that was free on my kindle and I think it helps with eating. Am going to unlock all of the sleep hypnosis tracks and see if they can motivate me to get back to the gym as well as they have been motivating me to not feel so in need of something in my mouth when I am not really hungry. Still feeling under the weather but you can only "listen to your body" for so long and my muscles need a workout.
