Was a very bad girl on Saturday night and drank some wine (I'll just say "some" since I technically lost count!) I guess we all need to be bad every now and then >:)
But I did have a few great workouts this weekend. Im starting to alternate my walk/jog(3 mi.) days with biking(5 mi.) days.
Ive started wearing a waist trimmer when I workout. I thought people were crazy that used them but I had a girlfriend that swore by them so I started giving it a chance a few weeks ago. and let me just say it is amazing ! My mid section sweats like crazy and ive lost another inch from my waist....which losing inches there had stalled...so its been GREAT ! I figured Id try just about anything to get rid of the belly pouch I still have from having kids! My belly is getting much flatter. so i guess i'll stick with using it!
Other than that, all else is the usual.
Keep up the great work everyone !

I've heard that it takes time for the body to "adjust" to weight loss, sometimes up to one year. I had a similar problem (uhmm... flab) the last time I lost 60 pounds and was very impatient with it. I ended up regaining about 45 of those 60 pounds, thankfully I'm pulling myself together again. What I've been told is that it will take care of itself if one maintains ones lower weight (with some exercise of course).

Those belly trimmer things can be fantastic! But I find mine bothersome when I do certain exercises. You do sweat like a banshee and I'm with ya on that after-baby belly thing! I always tell my kids that "Mommy's belly is like a deflated balloon." I was bad this weekend too... Mike kept calling my name..."Mike-a-rita" that is! If you can't cut loose every now and then, you miss out on a lot of fun!!

I was bad last night too, Now I have a headache. My hubby wants to start South Beach So I am trying than instead of Fat Smasher. So where do you get this belly trimmer deal ? I have a fat tummy.. I hate it, I had 3 c -sections.. and its like nothing works, my waist will get smaller but my lower tummy ugggg .. its like the muscles are dead.. I will prob. end up having a tummy tuck to get rid of it. but if something else would work I would rather try that.. Any good advice? I'm all ears.
