You are doing great!! Half way there! Those last few pounds can be more difficult. Make sure your not slacking off your diet and tracking every bite, lick and taste. They can add up quickly and cause us to yo-yo the same few pounds. Track every bite! Be strict! Eat more protein and high fiber foods (they help us lose fat and stay satiated longer). Kick up your exercise routine! Exercise is your best friend when you are getting those last pounds off and keeping them off for good. Drink your water to flush out sodium. Watch your sodium intake! Stay consistent with your diet! Patience and persistence!
