Actually got out of bed this morning and ran rather than sleeping. I can feel that the motivation is building for me. It's made all the difference in the world knowing I have triathlon to train for. Already thinking beyond the sprint distance, looking for an international or half this fall. Ran for 30 straight today. Used to only go about 3-5 minutes then walk for a minute. AMAZED at what two weeks in the pool did for my run. I LOVE CROSS TRAINING!
Swimming tomorrow morning. Already committed to it and meeting a co-worker at the pool. Looking to swim a 1 mile ladder tomorrow.
