walked to work today 3rd time this week. just by walking to work i have clocked up 4 and half hours exercise.

adding to this another 1 hour and 50 minutes walking to the mall and back.

total = 6 hours and 20 minutes.

weigh in showed a loss of 100grams for the week. meaning i lost the 1.1kg that showed as a gain earlier in the week.

happy with that , but hoping for better next week. will walk to work again monday and also weigh in again on that day.

weigh loss =11.1 kg. not bad for 7 weeks. 8th week starts monday.

i believe i can achieve this weight loss!!!

Good on you, that's a lot of walking! :) 100 grams down from the week before is 100 grams in the RIGHT direction! Good work!
