We have dinner plans for tonight at Wood Ranch. I'm a little hesitant about the menu but I'm planning to get the roasted half chicken avoiding the breast meat with a side of asparagus.

Tomorrow night is a Friendsgiving so I'm bringing the Brussels Sprouts cooked in ghee and the mashed cauliflower, so hopefully I will be OK. Trying to stay zero carb until dinner.
