168.0 was for Sun 2/22&12 Sun ate 2 crambled eggsw/ cheese, 2 turkey bacon, strawberries. Lunch 1 slice balonga, 4 saltine squsre, 1/2 c cottage cheese & strawberries. Dinner at Heathet's. John made thick steak (roast baked 185 for 6 hours & 2 small bakef potatoes w/ homemade gravy. Late snake 1/4 c popcorn kernels popped in lunch brown bag. Added a little buttet & sslt.
