feeling a lil down about this week's gain, my first, and i just don't know why it happened. i am really good about tracking points hardly ever dip into my weekly points, hoping tuesdays weigh in is better, but not so sure right now... the scales are evil!!!!

oh come on it's just a tiny tiny bump, it could be water or even muscle. It's less than a pound, really, nothing to worry about!

Since I've been keeping track ( July )I have gained a pound or two several times. Don't let it get you down. Get back on track and you'll see, it will come off again. I'm glad the holidays are over and there is less tempting junk to deal with. Good luck!

That's happened to me in the past. I noted everything that I ate. Stayed on program and didn't lose an ounce-- BUT the following week lost a substantial amount of weight. You'll see your next weigh-in.

Yup, I'm with Lewmar here...seems people are not losing or even gaining a bit and then the next week there is a couple lb. loss. I'm sure you'll do great! Keep trackin' those points and that chart over there will continue to drop! GOOD JOB!
