weigh in today showed a DROP of 700g. pleased with that and means im back on track.

walked to work today as planned took 1 half hours , so that = 3 hours and 55 minutes exercise for this week so far.

plant to do another 55 minutes tomorrow and sunday. leave saturday as a REST DAY.

feeling brilliant. i know i can achieve my goal !!!
