School vacation week here. Taking the kiddo to McDonalds as a treat for lunch. He's more interested in playing in the tubes than eating the food - so don't have to worry about his calorie intake!
Wish I could take my own food in with me...but I will settle for a salad with grilled chicken...comes to about 350 calories - so should be fine. I will take my own almond milk with me for coffee though..gotta save where I can!! And will pack an apple for a snack if needed while out and about.
