OK, so not living up to my Lent obligations. And since the hubby has lost his job, I can't afford to go to WW since I'm not at goal weight. Therefore, I'm going to have to tuff it out alone. And I'm wondering if maybe a change in attitude might be helpful. Yes, I want to weigh 135, and I'm at 149, and my "goal" weight is 145, but weighing 149 is not bad. Perhaps I should just accept myself and keep plugging away at it, but not kill myself over it. I might just see some improvement.
