9" plate full.Mixed veggies and chicken breast. A simple go-to. Tumeric in olive oil brushed on meal. Chicken also has a mix of Mediterranean spices. 15 ounce glass of water after meal to cleanse the mouth.

I find cleansing the mouth is important as it prevents arterial plaque and bone deterioration of the mouth. Consistent dental hygienic practices are also good for entire health including in preventing the cause and spreading of STDs and systemic infections. Shake your body, eat the good stuff, and add water--1/2 oz to 1 oz per pound of body weight.
