Wow, yesterday I had major hunger cravings. I usually like to "snack" on something like nuts or grapes. I don't suppose there's anything that I can "snack" while on Phase I is there? Is there a limit to how much cran-water or lemon water we can drink on FFP?

I use to save one of my eggs for a snack later on. Hard boiled and ready to snack on.

If you have eaten both eggs, you can have as many veggies as you'd like.
Ideas: Sliced celery, cucumbers, all color peppers. Cook and eat some broccoli with a little lemon drizzled over them, cauliflower...
make up some soup (there are recipes for 'free soups' at the forum annlouise.com and snack on soup.
I know they aren't the same as nuts and or grapes but they will keep you on track!
