i am walking myself to work tomorrow morning. it will take me 1 and half hours 1 way. i will bus home later at nite. it is also the start of week 7 and weigh in day. will miss wednesday walk and will do 45 minutes thurday, fri, sat and rest sunday. must remember my walking music, as this keeps up my motivation. i am overjoyed at the progress i have and continue to make. i simply believe i have made the right choice in starting this journey.
