i know it is my first time posting since i started FatSecret back in july 19, but my eldest brother sent me a picture of last year february today. and i was surprised at the transformation. Only goal now is to continue with good nutrition and exercise

Great work!!! I look at some of those old pictures of me and feel the same. In fact .. I think I should keep one on the refrigerator as a reminder of why I need to stay on track ... or .. wait wait .. better yet .. maybe one of those uber long belts I have stashed in the basement awaiting donation.
