i aim to eat the same amount of food that i have done for the last week but increase my exercise to reduce weight faster and also get fitter quicker.
i aim to lose 10 lb in 10 days. i started this on the 1st April.

I aim to do a 6 miles walk later to burn up some of the food i have eaten today!!! so thats about 90 mins of exercise!!
