Hey, a journal entry! That's... Um... Unexpected...
Well, I don't mind being on the spot. Let me see what I can do here.
I'm 37 and weigh about twice what I did in High School. I'm also much less active, but that's only part of the picture. My goal is to drop about 40lbs., but that will have to come with time.
It amazes me that FS.com has me consuming 3500 a day. I'm... Kinda blown away by that.
So. Time to do some research!
