I've been on the Wahls Protocol which is basically organic proteins (when I can afford them), fruits and vegetables. No gluten, dairy, sugar, soy and minimal corn, rice and potatoes. I try to eat 9 cups of vegetables a day and fruit that is not white. I started this to help my MS and still at it.
