Well, I didn't get enough sleep last nite and car is in the shop and I am driving a toy rental. Came home early from work and couldn't stop eating. 300 calories over daily allotment. It's funny - I feel stuffed and I have over done it but really compared to what I used to do - this is not that bad . Take a nap and get over it!.

300 calories is no biggie unless you do it every day. Or as TU said, spread it out- Eat 300 less today, or 150 less for the next 2 days.
