yesterday was a fluke weigh in. I went to the doctor and had on jeans and a heavy sweater and it was in the middle of the day. I weighed in this AM in my usual garb and YAY!!
216.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
