Nicola Lawrence's Journal, 13 September 2017

So far so good. I keep forgetting to record what i ate. I cant say that im following any diet as yet. Im just cutting my portions in half and not eating my favourite things (sweets and chocs). From monday i will start banting diet to see if i can handle it since its seems that diet revolves on eggs... and i hate eggs... in fact the only eggs i like are speckled egg sweets 😂😂😂

You look amazing! As long as you keep trying, you will get the hang of recording food. Many of us choose to enter food before we actually eat it so we can play around with what quantities of each food we should have. Banting does work well and many of us are also following a fasting lifestyle. Maybe read up on Intermittent Fasting and the 5:2 Fast Diet on www.thefastdiet.co.uk

ive been banting for about a week and i havent had eggs in 3 days you have to find something that you like that contains the same nutritional value as eggs goodluck for monday

Good luck with Banting. It does not have to be all about eggs if you spend a little time planning. It also does not have to be expensive. Wishing you all the best. I have been banting since April, and it has become a way of life for me now. I doubt I will go back to my old ways even though it is very tempting sometimes to have a slice of bread. I miss bread the most.
