I've done a much better job following my plan the past 24 hours, and the scale has shown it. I've been keeping up on my water intake, even though I almost broke down and got a Diet Coke from McDonald's today. It's the best! But the more I say no, the stronger I'll be...and the less Shalomie will beat me ;) Happy Friday, everyone!!
