After more than a year absence, I'm finally back with... a lot more weight than the last time! (^_^) I guess getting married, having a child and settling down gets the lazy bones tingling in me again. But this time, I have a new fitness obsession that will make me feel motivated all the time... Step counting!
Now I got this new wristwatch-accessorized iPod nano 6th gen with an accelerometer powered pedometer and backed up with my good old workout mixes installed in it to get me busy.
Soon ill also be getting myself a Nike+ shoes to get better step count accuracy. Here's to a fruitful training with step counting!
