Muffin tin with a sausage patty at the bottom and then fill in with egg. Pop in the oven at 350 for roughly 20 minutes. I can't figure out how to add a picture to the comments with the nutritional information. Total calories for 2 is 388, .78 carbs, 38g protein. I used great value turkey sausage.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I enter all the ingredients based on the serving size to one meal then save that meal under the recipe name, ie. breakfast casserole has 1.5 eggs, 1 TBSP of whipping cream, 1 TBSP chopped red onion, etc. Hope that helps:)
