I found my problem with losing & re-gaining weight was discontinuing my physical activity once I reached my desired weight. It is imperative we continue to remain physically active after the weight is lost.
My stomach and back are my problem areas, so I wear a sauna belt while working out. Within the same week I have noticed a changed. Also make sure you are drinking at least 64oz of water daily or attempt to drink half your body weight in ounces. For example, I am 172lbs so I should drink 86oz daily. The water helps to keep your body and joints lubricated, as well as flush out fat and other harmful toxins!
