After some missteps I figured out how to use the food diary. I like this. Keeps track of the points (WW) and calorie count etc.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 February 2010:
1065 kcal Fat: 49.57g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 77.40g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), coffee, Hard-Boiled Egg, morning star sausage pattie, orange juice. Lunch: vegetables mixed frozen, Ground Turkey. Dinner: Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, croutons, romano cheese, Mixed frozen Vegetables, lettuce, Ground Turkey 93/7. Snacks/Other: Diet Coke, water. more...

It really is an awesome program. I've done ww many times but now that I have this app on my phone, I don't dread the tracking.
