I got off the bandwagon. stopped watching what I ate, stopped going to the gym, before I knew it my once-loose work pants were uncomfortably snug. I'm going to try to be better. I loved myself in a thousand different ways when I was losing, and as comforting as bad food is, it can't compare. I need to remember that.
