Hello everyone. Up a little today, but ran the treadmill this morning. 3 miles. Tried walking backwards. Lorik, that is very hard did that for about 1/4 of a mile very very slow. It does however work the front of your legs very well. The rain is comming down in buckets today. So Since 2 kids are at school, the other child and I are going to get some grocery shopping done and clean house. The in-laws will be here on Monday. So need to clean, clean, clean. Besides that all is doing well.

LOL, I told ya it's harder than it looks!! It feels painfully good though... like you've accomplished something. I'm shooting toward a full mile backwards, although my 3 year old can't figure out what in the heck I'm doing, LOL... Next week will be shooting for 6 miles forward (until I can do a full mile backwards)... Good for you for trying it!!!
