1911 kcal Fat: 70.19g | Prot: 165.14g | Carb: 150.25g.   Breakfast: 1 % Lowfat Milk, sci fit 100% whey isolate, Oven-toasted Quick Oats. Lunch: Light Mayonnaise, Rebecca Case bread, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner: Chicken Light Meat (Roasting), Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Fresh Pasta (Cooked). Snacks/Other: JUMBO SUNFLWR SEEDS, Apples, homemade protein bars. more...
