Getting refocused after slacking off way too much. I'll be trying to keep an eye on my macros. Keeping carbs low and proteins / fats high.
I'll see if I can keep carbs as less than 20% of my daily macros. I hope to keep fats higher than proteins and focus on healthier fat choices as opposed to processed foods.
