I'm hungry. I thought about snacks, tricks, a little bit of this , a little bit of that , maybe lettuce with some olive oil and vinegar and then I thought STOP IT - just don't eat. The more you focus on it the more you will be hungry. And I will be hitting the hay here shortly. Why do our minds play such stupid games?????

Doesn't taste as good as waking up clear feels, I mean.

I just saw the fresh green beans I got at the farmers market were starting to wilt so I fried up some bacon and added the fat and bacon to a big skillet of green beans with garlic and ginger. Oh does that smell great - this will go great with my pork tomorrow for lunch. Only tasted part of a green bean and it is good. Looking forward to this and Im so glad I didn't throw it out.
