Woohoo. Not a big drop but enough to cross over the 280 mark. it seems like these ten boundaries always seem exciting.
I am in new territory here folks and it feels kinda good and odd and scary at the same time. The last weight I can remember in my lifetime is 267. I got my sights on it. But it is a step by step slow process so don't get too excited!
