My breakfast. Trying to keep it simple and nutritious. Those are not English muffins though) they are made from scratch and a bit flaky from coconut oil. Just 4 ingredients if you count salt. Flour, eggs, coconut oil and salt. I make them on a weekend, shape, individually wrap and freeze. Then you can bake them in the morning any time you want!))) they taste great!

Yummy! I want this. How much flour, eggs and oil do you use? I assume you use self-rising flour. Is that correct?
