I'm not recording a weigh in today but I am down another lb. I will have an official weigh in tomorrow.
I have a girls weekend planned with my college roommates next week. I am trying to prelose a few pounds, so I can have fun without stressing over what I am eating. I intend to eat a salad at one meal each day and stay away from bread, pasta, and fried foods. We are planning to shop, dine, and most of all laugh.
I am just enjoying all the good thing I have going for me right now. I intend to focus on these feelings and keep this going.
I will move into the OWL phase starting tomorrow. I have spent three weeks on Induction and lost 9 lbs. My true starting weight was 229. I am not sure why I put in 228. User error or brain cramp I am sure.
This has been a very good week. Next week I will focus on excersising and step 1 of the OWL phase. (Am I the only one that thinks about Harry Potter when talking about OWLs)
