DavidJ's Journal, 13 December 2007

I'm trying a diet for good now. I'm not the typical person who goes on a diet so religously. I'm a nineteen year old in college, and I've absolutely had it with being fat. I gained a lot of weight in middle school, and then went on Weight Watchers during my sophomore year and I looked great and I felt great. At the end of my junior year, I gained a lot of weight, and by the time I was going into college, I was well over 200 pounds, which is not where I'd like to be. I've tried a lot of diets, including Atkins which was very unsuccessful, and Calorie Counting, but nothing worked. I just need the motivation, and I have the time over the next two months, so I'd like to really make this become part of my life, which is how it needs to be if you want to see any progress. But, since I'm a college student, I can't exactly afford to go to Weight Watchers meetings, but I remember enough to keep it going, and fatsecret will hopefully make it easy on me.

Here's hoping that fatsecret becomes my most visited site!

Its the best time to try and lose weight as you are so active at the moment - with all that walking to the bar away from the bar etc! Seriously - I lost a lot of weight at Uni and I think it increased my enjoyment of it by 100% Good luck - I can tell you will do really well.
