Well I have fell off of zumba for some weeks now, but my weight has not increased, its still the same which is ok, my eating habits have not changed so maybe thats why, I have really stayed away from sweets, well I should say JUNK SWEETS because I will still eat peaches with syrup so thats not completly cutting out my sweets, but as far as candy bars that I was eating daily, has gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I may have one candy bar every 2 weeks maybe just to get my fix and then I am okay. I feel pretty okay, but I still have more to loose but I am trying to be patient and maintain health first.
