Okay, so I did some reading on fasting. I saw some information about a fast will break a stall in weight loss so I didn't eat dinner last night. I ate a handful of nuts at the time that I would normally have eaten dinner to stave off the urge to eat a full blown Keto supper. Feeling better that the scale is moving again and bonus "no headaches." My routine is coffee and lemon or lime water in the morning and to not eat until about 10 am. then it is a boiled egg and some cheese. I know I need to watch my macros closer because I ate too many carbs over the weekend. I will not make the same mistake again. Pushing forward! (Happy Face)
