So I went home to visit mom (she's 87 and likes to cook).
But, I think I did okay. I waited too long between meals so I grabbed a bunch of cherries. I had 3/4 of a stuffed green pepper, skipped the mashed potatoes and had a big salad. Now, cue the music in the background, I had to deal with a home made blackberry pie. So, I had a spoonful of pie, HA - that's probably about 1/4 of a small slice. It did the trick.

I went over on carbs but under on calories and it could have been a complete disaster. So, it wasn't perfect but pretty good.
