Today's workout was tougher; not as much energy and required more focus/effort. I think I have muscle fatigue lingering from yesterday's workout. It's been 14 months since I was down to 194. My mini goal is 190. At that point I plan to raid the "too small" side of the closet and see what I can get into. That will be 13 pounds lost.
