T8U9, haha I am totally not in for any kind of challange that somehow set limits to the range of food I eat ))) I prefer to control my calories but have different kinds of meal

Right? I don't feel restricted at all, except for those $%&@ net carbs applied to green veggies. That has to be a joke! So I've given up the idea of pure keto as prescribed. Not to mention, my partner would be really worried if I did something faddish like the egg thing. It's already so much effort to get variety, rather than eating the same thing all the time. I'm still new at this. Will do the plank challenge.

Good luck, plank isn't easy at all, sonI do hope you will succeed;) I am currently controlling my body water balance, helps a lot I should say: less stress, less food craving, cleaner skin and better feeling
