I had a medical event/issue that resulted in a hospital stay for tests. Of course no food for the majority of that time. They sent me home with water pills. Between the enforced eating restriction and the water pills the scale is moving down nicely. Unfortunately I have some serious medical issues to deal with, but right now I feel good and am very pleased with the weight loss!

I'm still marching forward, whatever it takes one pound at a time.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 112.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
