6 lbs less than Monday; definitely loss the water weight as played 2.5 hrs of volleyball on Monday in humid weather. also, I played disc golf and elliptical every morning. Drastic measures are working.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
