14 days post operation . surgery went well to repair my acl and meniscus on my left knee. Yeah my did intake has taken a dump and my activity level is slowly going up. getting in a minimal of 2000 steps a day with about 45 min of minor cardio exercises. doc put me on a no weight bearing status for 4 more weeks. plus 3 days a week of physical therapy. lastly since I can't stand up straight with out the brace I can't get an accurate weight reading on the scale. this will be my starting point and see if it fluctuates. Have a great day. No matter what we get dealt in life keep moving forward. time for my breakfast and morning stretch session.
