I just avoided the leftover veggie pizza in the fridge in favor of spinach and grilled chicken salad. Feels good. I needed that after yesterday's frustration of sitting down with friends after a big day of skiing. While they enjoyed beer and portabella fries, I drank water and wished I had another protein bar in my pocket. By the time we left I was chilled, cranky and just plain hungry! I hope to see some pay-off on the scale tomorrow. . .
