Lost another lb afterall, which I was worried about. Christopher has lost 7, so I'm doubting I'll win the challenge, but that's ok. He needs the encouragement to keep going.
I walked 33 minutes on the treadmill and did 5.5 laps! It said I went 1.37 miles and burned 197 calories.
I think it's going to be harder to stick to this diet now that I'm back to work since my lunch time is when they have dinner. So I should do my 2nd slimfast at my dinnertime, but I get so hungry around 1am.
EDIT: Well, work's over and I snacked WAY too much. Over 1900 calories today, when I wanted to stay between 1200 and 1500. Oh well, will try again tomorrow.
