This is getting so easy. Cream in my coffee, I haven't done that in years. The fat free lie is just that, a lie. I am so full all of the time. Who knew? Keto, the best kept secret. Thanks to the person that figured this out.

hello, do you experience the awful breath and other symptoms associated with keto? I do long fasts and ketosis is obviously one of the things your body resorts to so that it can sustain itself. BUT the symptoms are a PAIN! do you still experience those things on a daily? that's the only off putting thing with regard to keto dieting for me

Fat2Fit101 I seriously do not think I suffer the Keto breath thing. I feel everything is more in sink than ever before. I had the headaches to start but that only lasted about 4 days. I am not in a relationship so I don't get close enough to anyone that would be offended by bad breath. I heard a little trick "Lick the backside of your hand, wait a minute, smell it, and there is what your breath smells like." Nothing bad. I do not smoke and I have not had alcohol since I started this way of eating so that so I can't explain the non-Keto breath. This has been a breeze for me. Good Luck and I hope it gets easier for you.
